Tadgergate
We've already seen a long line of hangers on, tabloid tattle-chasers, refuseniks and drug addicts claiming to have seen Tommy in bed with soldiers, pantomime horses and good time girls in wild bordellos up and down the land. We've had him confused with a black man and the open admission by some of the 'witnesses' that some of there story was just made up whilst others have admitted that they'd been in the pay of the papers in the court-room. Yesterday's paper had Tommy drinking champagne and taking coke when everyone knows he is tee-total. And strawberries, in Aberdeen?!?
But where is any of the politics in all this smearing and mud-slinging? We're going to try and take a look at this from all angles as anyone anywhere tries to examine what's really going on.
